I meet this lady everyday at the gym at 8.30 in the morning. She has a routine. She opens all the doors, keeps puts her stuff away, picks a coffee for herself and comes into the workout room with her vacuüm cleaner. She is the housekeeper. An adventure like none….
It was the wee hours of the morning. It was dark and cold. I was driving through the lone road and looking out for deer jumping across the road to the other side. I was careful not to drive too fast. Yet a little one jumped out of nowhere and fell right in front of the car. I was scared. I was not sure if I had to hit the fawn or risk veering into the gutter nearby. My worst nightmare had come true that morning.

It has been a while since I wrote anything on my blog. I was waiting for that significant incident to write about. But guess I was just being too lazy to reflect on anything at all. So yesterday something very significant happened, giving me a hard knock on the head and reminding me to be thankful for a lot of things in life.
